Andy Homeyer is an investor. He has owned rental condos, townhouses, single family rental residences, land, and commercial property all for investment purposes.
Andy graduated with a business administration degree from the renown Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. With former Series 7 and Series 63 and 65 licenses in securities coupled with his background in financial planning and estate planning, Andy understands the management of money. As a consultant, he understands that each investor has a particular tolerance toward risk and specified goals of performance.
 Andy is a teacher and strategist who will help you build wealth using real estate as the investment tool. He will help you formulate an investment plan and continue to consult with you in working, evaluating, and adapting your plan.
Andy’s network of professionals in the financial, tax, construction, land planning, appraisal, and legal fields supports his ever-growing abilities as a real estate consultant. His yearly schedule includes coursework and study to increase his knowledge in tax issues and market and financial analysis.
