Andy graduated from the renown Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. With former experience as a stock broker with Wachovia Securities where he held Series 7 and Series 63 and 65 licenses in securities, coupled with his background in financial planning and estate planning, Andy understands the management of money. As a consultant, he acknowledges that each investor has a particular tolerance toward risk and specified goals of performance, and he offers appropriate properties to fit a client’s unique needs.
Angela has 20 years of experience in managing rental properties. Not only does she understand and apply the old adage of “location, location, location” in her advice to real estate investors, but she also understands the importance of being competitive with other rental properties. Her knowledge in rental marketing enables her clients to beat the competition.
Andy is a teacher and strategist who will help you build wealth using real estate as the investment tool. He will help you formulate an investment plan and continue to consult with you in working, evaluating, and adapting your plan.
Andy’s network of professionals in the financial, tax, construction, land planning, appraisal, and legal fields supports his ever-growing abilities as a real estate consultant. His yearly schedule includes coursework and study to increase his knowledge in tax issues and market and financial analysis.
