     "Three years ago we needed to reinvest some money in two rental houses and wanted to know where the best ones would be. Andy showed us homes in two communities to help us narrow down the search. I took a month driving around the county to see if I could, on my own, find anything better. After that month of searching, we bought homes in the two communities he originally recommended. We have had really good experiences with renting these homes and the homes have appreciated well. We now are going to be in really good shape when our boys head to college because of investing in these houses. I keep a mental list of my favorite people that I have dealt with over the years. The list is small, but when he calls to say hello to us, I say, "How's one of my favorite people?"

     Andy Homeyer is not a good real estate agent. He is fantastic! He actually listened to us. He listened to what we wanted in a new home. In fact, he must make a habit of listening because he knew what many other people wanted in a new home and quickly brought several who fell in love with ours.
     Andy is very professional. Right from the first meeting he communicated clearly about what he would do, and what we could expect. He gave us tips to show our home to the best advantage. He involved us in developing a plan of attack and checked in regularly to keep in touch without wasting our time.  He said what he would do and did what he said. He got a chance to show off his high level of knowledge and experience in the purchase of our new home. There were “complications” that could easily have made the process very stressful, but Andy has such wonderful talent and ability that we only realized much later, what could have gone wrong.
     I am very confident in recommending Andy to anyone buying or selling a home or business property, but don’t just take my word for it. Call him and meet with him. It won’t take long for you to see for yourself what I’m talking about.

     Trying to sell the first home that we had purchased made my wife and I very nervous.  For work reasons, we were needing to sell our home quickly in a neighborhood that was still developing and selling brand new homes!  How could we possibly sell our house and make a profit, much less do it in the timetable that we needed?  When Andy Homeyer first met with my wife and I, he was extremely helpful and quickly disarmed many of our fears.  He helped us put together a list of things to work on to get the house ready to sell, he helped us get in touch with a closing attorney that would be flexible with our financial situation, and he worked hard to show our home to as many people as possible.  For young homeowners, with little experience in buying/selling homes, there were countless things that would have slipped through the cracks and ultimately been very costly had Andy not been there to work so closely with us.  I can't think of one time when I felt like I was unimportant to Andy, even though our home and the profit he would make would not be nearly as lucrative as other homes in the area.  It seemed Andy had a commitment to our family and our unique situation, rather than a commitment to make a huge profit.  He was so helpful that we had him help us buy our new home in Dahlonega, almost 2 hours away!  When it comes time to sell our home in Dahlonega, I can only hope we find another Andy Homeyer.
